Moving an email to a folder
*Creating the folder
When you are in Outlook Express
Press the tab key until you here folder list treeview.
Press alt key once.
You will hear…menu bar file.
Press the down arrow once.
You will hear…new submenu.
Press enter.
Then arrow down until you hear folder submenu.
Press enter
Type a name for the folder in the field.
Then tab down to OK
The folder will be put in alpabetical order following the draft folder.
*To add an email to the folder
Make sure that your curser is setting on the email that you want to save in the folder.
You can do one of the following steps.You will hear move the item to selected folder…
You can then choose the folder to add the email to and then tab to OK
*Now to find the folder
when you are on the list of folders
Then arrow down to the folder
Finally tab once and you will hear the emails that have been saved in the folder.
Arrow to the one you want to read and press enter.

*To add an email to the folder
Make sure that your curser is setting on the email that you want to save in the folder.
Press alt key.
Arrow down until you hear…folder submenu
Press the right arrow twice until you hear…copy.
Then arrow up until you hear… move to folder
Press enter
You will hear add to folder…
You can then choose the folder to add the email to and then tab to OK
*Now to find the folder
when you are on the Outlook Express in box page
Tab until you hear In Box open
Then arrow down to the folder
Finally tab once and you will hear the emails that have been saved in the folder.
